Get started with Flock in two easy steps:
- Log into a Flock supported service: Facebook, Gmail, Digg, Flickr, Yahoo! Mail or one of our many supported services. Flock will automatically activate these services within its features.
- Drag and drop photos, text, or links to a friend in Flock’s People sidebar to share.
Are You A Social Animal?
Log into your social networks and Flock will bring your friends to you.
Two steps to being the life of the party:
- Log into a Flock-supported social network: Facebook, Digg, Flickr, Twitter, Pownce or YouTube. Flock will automatically set up your People Sidebar.
- Drag and drop text, links, photos or videos from the web or the Media Bar to your friends in the sidebar to share. Trust us, they like to see what you’re up to.

Upload and manage your photos easily with Flock.
Two steps to getting your photos online:
- Log into or create an account on a Flock-supported photo service: Photobucket, Flickr, Picasa or Facebook. Flock will automatically set up your account.
Open Flock’s Photo Uploader, select up to 1,000 photos, and make any changes. Press Upload and let your photos hit the web. Share with your grandma, feel good.
Love to Blog?
Draft and publish to your blog(s) with ease.
Two steps to getting your blogs online:
- Log into or create an account on a Flock-supported blog service: Blogger, Blogsome, LiveJournal, Typepad, Wordpress or Xanga. Flock will automatically set up your account, because it’s cool that way.
Open Flock’s Blog Editor. Compose your draft online or offline. Drag and drop content from anywhere to the editor to embed. Hit “Publish”. Become famous, thank Flock in an acceptance speech.- If you have a self-hosted blog, set it up by opening the Accounts & Services sidebar and choosing “Self-Hosted blog”.
Love Photos and Videos?
Flock can bring all your photos and videos to you.
Two steps to media mastery:
Open Flock’s Media Bar. Search for photos and videos on Facebook, Flickr, Photobucket, Picasa, Truveo or YouTube using the search widget.
Find a person, set of search results, or groups with great photos or videos? Hit the small grey star to subscribe to their media stream. Flock will tell you when they have new stuff (just check Media Streams>Favorite Streams).
Like to be in the know?
Flock can bring all your news sources to you.
Two steps to total knowledge:
Go to your favorite sites. If Flock detects a Feed, click the orange feed icon to load in the Feed Reader.
Click “Subscribe” to subscribe to a Feed. Flock will automatically bring you new articles from that site.
